ILI Staff

 

ILI staff offer a unique combination of education and experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.  Senior staff have advanced degrees and intensive training in the field, while all staff receive on-going training with a person-centered emphasis.

 

Instructors are handpicked for their personal integrity and ability to serve compassionately and capably.  We make it a priority that our staff is culturally and racially diverse, and includes qualified individuals with disabilities, reflecting the community in which we live.
